Hello, I’m Neymat (she/her)
I am passionate to work with young adults (18 and above), adults, and older adults facing concerns with dealing with their mental well-being or addictions related challenges, self-esteem, relational conflicts, unhealthy relationship dynamics, dealing with change, managing rejection and hopelessness, and caregiving for a loved one with any condition.
I have a background in working with children to enhance their social-emotional learning skills and supporting adults in different life transitions. I have 4 years of experience in the field of psychology and mental health (2024).
I believe in working with the treatment approach that will suit the client’s needs the best and believe in offering a safe, compassionate, and empowering space. You will be heard, understood, and kept at the center of our work together.
I believe in keeping anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and an intersectional lens and welcoming clients from all walks of life, age groups, cultures, and experiences as the basis of my work.
