Kevin Landry, MA, RP(Q)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Many clients connect with me for support with building self-esteem, setting and holding healthy boundaries, navigating ADHD and self-regulation, preventing and managing burnout and stress, or working through anxiety or depression. I also have training and experience working with Indigenous clients and families who may be affected by intergenerational trauma or addiction.

I enjoy helping clients develop tools for difficult emotions (such as anger or shame) or navigating difficult relationships. I often help clients process trauma and build emotion regulation skills, so they feel they have a solid foundation under them to take steps forward.
