Suzie specializes in working with teens and adults who are struggling with trauma, PTSD, or addiction.<\/mark><\/strong> She is also passionate about supporting mental health for first responders, caregivers, and individuals affected by a loved one\u2019s substance use.<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dedicated to helping clients process their challenging experiences and find relief, Suzie is trained in effective, evidence-based trauma treatment methods, including: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
\u2022 Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
\u2022 Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model<\/strong> (ITATM)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suzie can also provide assessments and screening, including GAIN-SS, GAIN-Q3, OCAN<\/em> to help clients access residential treatment for addiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clients often seek Suzie\u2019s support for: grief, depression, anxiety, managing stress or burnout, coping with change or transitions<\/mark> <\/strong>(whether personal or work-related), and personal development <\/mark><\/strong>(setting and reaching meaningful goals). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suzie welcomes clients receiving assistance from WSIB and offers direct billing for these services.<\/p>\n<\/div>
