whether you’re struggling with difficult circumstances, heavy thoughts and feelings,
or looking to break patterns and cycles in your behaviour or relationships in order to

I’m here to help

With nearly 10 years of experience in the mental health field in a variety of settings, I have had the pleasure of supporting, guiding and holding space for clients experiencing a broad range of concerns.

I bring a combination of professional experience, education, training and personal, lived experiences to my work with individuals, and couples.

Within a warm, trusting therapeutic relationship, I take a collaborative approach to the counselling process, while tailoring service to meet your specific needs and goals.

In our work together, I ensure to individualize the therapeutic approach for each client and I may draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, or Integrative Therapy.
